I can't help it. It's un-Belize-able. Sorry. by Meagan Camp

I flew back from SF to have a quick birthday dinner at Komali (big Salum fan) and flew out the next morning to Belmopan, Belize to see a friend. We made chocolate from scratch, ate our weight in queso, had Jamaican food in a lean-to next to the city market and climbed Cahal Peche while still managing to watch all of Grantchester series 2. In three days. We did good, M!

Carmel-by-the-Sea by Meagan Camp

Another wonderful getaway with Wendy. We have been so many places together and coming to stay with her family high in the mountains above Monterey was another destination on our list.

I kicked off year 32 at Chez Panisse. Delightful and as exciting as I hoped it would be.

La Bicyclette in Carmel was a standout.

Cant wait to get back to California and spend time with people who always have something new to show me.

What's My By-Line? by Meagan Camp

I've said it before, I'll say it again, I have a really cool job. The phrase "I don't know what that is let's do it!" followed by a fun few hours of running around taking photos, planning stories and making connections with other creative people is fantastic. In every issue of ECLM, we create all of the editorial based on what we think is exciting, timely and beautiful. Then we send it to the printer and it gets mailed out to 30,000 homes. Gah. It's totally intimidating right around the time we click "upload" but it is worth it.

Here's a random collection of our most recent hits:

New Digs by Meagan Camp

Thanks, life.

Life has thrown the new trick our way and we are chasing it accordingly. Back in Dallas and working in the most fun job I will ever have. Living in my old neighborhood as if nothing had changed over the 7 years since I left.

I'm off to find my new favorite things and places to enjoy the city I grew up in.

New Zealand by Meagan Camp

Just landed Friday night from a two week trip through New Zealand! One part family reunion and one part wine education trip. We had a fantastic time.

Landed early in the morning and made it to SkyCity before heading out on an east coast wine tour.
