I'm super excited about all the new projects heading my way this winter (ha!) in Brazil. I'm editing a cookbook for a local society group and I've just wrapped up a 2-day cooking tour with Chef R J Cooper of Rogue 24 in Washington DC for the Consulate's Culinary Diplomacy program. It was so fun getting back into my whites, working the line and chatting with locals about restaurant life.
