All the colors of summer...but it's 40 and rainy outside! I found peaches at St Marche the other day, already ripe and smelling like heaven so I tossed them with lemon juice, strawberries and blueberries and a basic crumble crust with muscovado to make this. I couldn't believe the beautiful colors that spilled over when I pulled it from the oven. Delish.
