Cooking at the Ranch / by Meagan Camp

When in doubt, go with what tastes good. I've been hired to design and execute a menu at a ranch outside of Corsicana in two weeks. I'll be serving 8 people over three days and I'm excited for the challenge of ranch living and the trials of a new kitchen. 1000 acres, 4 horses and a lot of Blue Bell ice cream for my salted caramel ice cream sandwiches I'll be making for movie night.
